It’s time to pull on plastic!
The Tour de Bloc was established in 2003 with the aim of promoting competitive climbing in Canada through a structured bouldering circuit. The Tour started out as a regional based series and has now grown into a full national series with events in Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.
The TdB was born out of a desire to make a difference. We wanted to provide gyms with support so that they could concentrate on hosting bigger and better comps. This also led to standardized rules/formats and became a vehicle to unify all the amazing events that were happening across the country. The TdB is now in its 20th season and still going strong!
